High-risk payment processing, live in 24 hours.
Redundant, high-approval card processing for the industries banks turn away. One application, merchant accounts matched to your vertical, routing across more than one processor, and a card vault that stays yours. Non-US owners welcome.
Live in 24 hours from a complete application. No card or bank details are collected on this site.
Checkout live. Carried by Processor A.
From a complete application to a working account. One package, distributed to the processors that underwrite your vertical.
Average authorization rate on routed accounts; yours depends on your vertical and card mix. Each transaction takes the route most likely to approve.
Funds settle in two business days. Reserves, where the vertical requires them, are in your offer before you sign.
A passport and company documents are enough. Owners and entities outside the United States are onboarded routinely.
Approval is subject to underwriting. Reserves, where the vertical requires them, are stated in your offer.

Why Sequence
Built for the merchants everyone else declines.
Aggregators were not built for high-risk, and their answer to risk is to close the account. Ours is to underwrite the category properly and keep more than one path open.
Approvals that hold
Registered and coded correctly from day one
Where the card networks classify your vertical as integrity-risk (their name for regulated and high-chargeback categories), the account is registered and coded that way at onboarding. You are not reclassified, fined or frozen six weeks in over a coding mismatch.
Redundant routing
More than one processor behind your checkout
Your vault sits in front of more than one merchant account. One processor's outage or policy change becomes a routing change on our side. Your sales continue.
A vault that is yours
Tokens, profiles and subscriptions under your name
Cards are tokenized into a vault you own. Processors connect to the vault rather than holding your cards themselves. Switching one does not mean customers re-entering cards.
Clarity, not surprises
One rate for your vertical, in writing
You see your rate, the fee schedule and any reserve before you sign. Every fee on your statement is on the schedule you signed.
Non-US owners welcome
No SSN needed
A passport, company documents and a settlement account are what underwriting needs. Foreign-owned entities are routine here.
A named specialist
A named contact who knows your account
From application to live and after: one person who knows your vertical, your history and your routing, and answers by name.
Industries
The verticals banks turn away. Processed here.
Each page says why the category gets declined, what underwriting needs from you, what you get, and what we cannot support.
Also placed case by case: high-ticket coaching and courses, travel, firearms and ammunition, document preparation, debt collection, kratom, nootropics. All industries, or apply and tell us what you sell.
How it works
From application to live in four steps.
Apply
Ten minutes. What you sell, where, your volume and your history. No documents yet, and no card or bank details on this site.
One package
Your identity and business checks (KYC) are prepared once and distributed to the processors that underwrite your vertical.
Live in 24 hours
Merchant accounts provisioned, routing set, vault under your name. Hosted checkout, direct API, or your existing platform.
Routed and tuned
Approval rates, retries and reserves reviewed with your named contact as the volume comes in.
Stay online everywhere
A processor's outage does not become your outage.
Most processors hold your customers' cards inside their own system. Leave, or get dropped, and every subscriber has to enter a card again. With Sequence, cards are tokenized into a vault that belongs to you, and more than one merchant account can sit behind it. A processor going dark is a routing change, not a migration.
- Multi-account routing by card brand, country, amount and recent processor performance.
- Decline recovery: a soft decline (one the issuer would approve on a retry) retries through an alternative route, within the card network rules.
- Export your vault at any time, in a documented format, with no exit fee for your own data.
Illustration. Which account carries a transaction is decided per route.
Payouts and visibility
Paid in two business days, with nothing hidden.
Settlement lands two business days after the transaction. The dashboard shows every transaction, the route it took, its status and any dispute against it, and the exports reconcile against your bank statement line by line.
- D+2 settlement to the account you nominate.
- Reserves, where the vertical requires them, stated in the offer with their release schedule.
- Disputes handled in the same dashboard, with the evidence deadline visible.
Why merchants leave the aggregators
One-size-fits-all platforms were not made for high-risk.
| The difference | Sequence | Aggregators |
|---|---|---|
| Your category | Underwritten and registered on purpose | On the prohibited list, discovered after the freeze |
| Approvals | Engineered to hold: coded correctly, monitored, reviewed with you | Approved by algorithm, closed by algorithm |
| Paths | More than one processor behind your vault | One path; when it goes dark, so do you |
| Reserves | Stated in writing before you sign | Held funds and surprise reserves |
| Your customers' cards | Tokenized in a vault you own and can export | Locked in their system; leave and everyone re-enters a card |
| Support | A named specialist who knows your account | A ticket queue |
Pricing
One rate for your vertical, in writing before you sign.
We do not publish a single headline rate, because the real number depends on what you sell, where you sell it and your chargeback history. You get one rate for your vertical, the full fee schedule and any reserve before you sign anything. Every fee on your statement is on the schedule you signed.
Three ways to price it
- Flat rate. One percentage and one per-transaction fee, for merchants who want a simple statement.
- Interchange-plus. Network cost passed through at cost plus a fixed markup, for higher volumes.
- Custom. For large or multi-vertical merchants, priced on the actual mix.
Hard-to-place verticals and edge cases are reviewed and priced individually. Approval is subject to underwriting.
Compliance
Built so raw card data stays off your systems, and the networks do not surprise you.
Cards are tokenized as they are entered; your checkout and your CRM only ever hold tokens. 3-D Secure 2 and fraud screening run by rule. Integrity-risk registration and the site review that comes with it are done before you go live, and the compliance documentation for the vault and processing infrastructure is provided at onboarding. Read the compliance overview.
Questions, answered
What merchants ask before they apply.
Why is my business high-risk?
Because a bank decided your category carries more chargebacks, more regulation or more reputational risk than it wants to underwrite. It is a label on the category, not a judgment of your business. Specialists underwrite the category on documentation instead of declining it on sight.
Is 24 hours realistic?
Twenty-four hours from a complete application: documents in, site reviewed, package distributed. Missing documents are what slows it down; the industry pages list exactly what is needed.
I am not a US citizen. Can I apply?
Yes. A passport, company documents and a settlement account are what underwriting needs. No SSN. Foreign-owned entities are normal here.
Will there be a reserve?
Often, for new accounts in hard-to-place verticals: typically a rolling reserve that releases on a schedule. It is stated in your offer before you sign, and it is reviewed as your history builds.
What happens when I get chargebacks?
They appear in the dashboard with the evidence deadline, you respond from there, and your named contact watches the ratio with you. A descriptor customers recognize and clear billing terms prevent most of them.
Can I switch without my customers re-entering cards?
Yes. Tokens from your current processor are migrated into your vault where the processor allows export, and rebills continue from the next scheduled date.
