These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the merchant agreement. Payment services, fees, settlement and everything about a live account are governed by the agreement issued at onboarding, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Information, not an offer

Everything on this website is general information about how Sequence Payments works. It is not an offer to provide services to any particular business, and sending an application does not create an account, a rate, or any obligation on either side. A rate and a fee schedule are only binding once they are in the signed merchant agreement.

Applications

By sending the application form you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to apply on behalf of the business named. You agree that we may contact you about the application by email or phone. How we handle the data is described in the privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to send card numbers, bank details, passwords or other secrets; the form is not built to hold them and we will delete anything of that kind. Do not attempt to probe, overload or interfere with the site or the systems behind it.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and marks on this website belong to Sequence Payments or are used with permission. You may quote from it with attribution. You may not present any part of it as your own or as an endorsement.

No warranty

The website is provided as is. We keep it accurate, but we do not promise that every statement applies to every business or that the site is available without interruption. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
